Prices
Prices are final and include IVA. You know what you’ll pay before I start. If anything extra comes up, I ask you on WhatsApp first.
Hourly rate
€36/h
This is the rate for each hour after the first on weekdays, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00. I bill per started 15-minute period (€9).

First hour including travel
Every visit starts with the first hour, which already includes travel. Its price depends on the zone. Shorter jobs cost the same, so it’s worth putting several small tasks together for one visit.

Weekday example, zone A: 30 minutes of work – €45; 1.5 hours – 45 + 18 = €63; 2 hours – 45 + 36 = €81.
At weekends and outside working hours, the first hour is the higher rate plus travel: zone A +€9, B +€14, C +€34 (e.g. Saturday in zone A: 45 + 9 = €54).

Hourly packages
Several things need doing? Put them on one list and choose a package: it costs less than the hourly rate.
Half day
Full day
Packages include working time and travel in zones A and B. In zone C, I add €15 for travel. For longer jobs, you never pay more than the corresponding package: if hourly billing would cost more, I charge the package price. Materials are charged separately. Packages are available Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays by prior arrangement. The package price is the same on Saturdays. No packages are available on Sundays.

Items at €45 fit within the price of the first hour including travel (zone A €45, B €50, C €70). During that time I can also do other small jobs from your list. The other amounts are for zone A – add €5 in zone B or €25 in zone C. I give an exact price after seeing photos.
Terms
Send photos on WhatsApp and I’ll give you a price range. The price is binding once you confirm it on WhatsApp.
Only when photos aren’t enough. If you book the work with me, I deduct the €25 from the price.
You pay what I paid in the shop. I show you the receipt and add no markup.
If I need to buy something, shopping time is charged in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate, minimum €10. Buy it yourself and there’s no shopping charge.
Travel time at the hourly rate plus fuel costs. Only items that fit in a passenger car.
I can take the packaging away if you’d like.
If something comes up that wasn’t in the estimate, I message you on WhatsApp with a description and a price. I only do it when you reply “yes”.
Cash, Bizum or bank transfer.
At least 24 hours in advance – no charge. Later – 50% of the first-hour price including travel.
