What data I collect
Through the website form: first name, town, job description, WhatsApp number or email address, preferred date and time and, if provided, a product link.
Through WhatsApp: whatever you send me yourself (messages, photos and phone number).
Why
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, arrange and carry out the work, and issue a receipt or invoice.

- Performance of a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Tax and accounting obligations – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
How long I keep data

Who I share data with
- The hosting company whose server runs the website: webh.pl to be completed: full company name and details.
- If you contact me on WhatsApp, your messages pass through the WhatsApp service (Meta). WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies.
- The email service that receives enquiries from the form: to be completed: email provider.
I do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, restrict its processing, data portability and object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Just contact me at contact@pegofix.com or on WhatsApp.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and statistics
The website does not use tracking cookies. For visitor statistics, I use a tool that does not store cookies: to be completed: tool name, if enabled.
Photos
The photos you send me are used only to estimate and carry out the work. I do not publish photos of your home without your explicit consent.
